AI studio system for Hogan Women SS26
This case explores how AI can be used as a controlled studio production tool within a performance-driven ecommerce environment. The goal was to create consistent women’s sneaker visuals for SS26 that could scale across product variations while maintaining brand identity, correct proportions, and material accuracy across the full collection.
The project translated Hogan’s premium positioning into a clean, minimal studio system designed for ecommerce. Each image follows strict visual rules for lighting, styling, and framing to ensure consistency across the entire collection while preserving a refined, modern look that stays fully aligned with the brand.
By training AI models on product references and studio direction, we built a workflow capable of generating controlled campaign and ecommerce imagery without physical shoots. Material rendering, shoe proportions, shadows, and fabric behavior remain stable across all outputs, making the system reliable for large product assortments.
The result shows how AI can move from experimentation to a dependable production pipeline. With clear visual standards and technical control, the brand gains a scalable content system that supports seasonal collections without increasing production complexity.

Consistent visual production at scale
The outcome is a structured visual workflow that produces consistent studio imagery for ecommerce, lookbooks, and campaign use. The system keeps brand expression controlled while allowing fast generation of new products, colors, and styles.
Compared to traditional photography, the AI workflow reduces production time, cost, and coordination while keeping full creative control. It enables continuous content creation across seasons and makes it possible to maintain a clean, premium visual identity at scale.
